I’m Paul, the founder of PSH Creative, an independent freelance design practice built on the belief that good design should be both meaningful and purposeful.

​

Whether working directly with clients or collaborating with agencies and in-house creative teams, I deliver thoughtful, effective design solutions backed by over two decades of experience.

​

My career has taken me through a wide range of industries, from sport and greetings cards to exhibitions and signage, but my true expertise lies in retail design. I help brands create cohesive visual stories across every touch point of the in-store customer journey, including branding, packaging, POS and out of home campaigns.

Before launching PSH Creative, I spent eight years in creative leadership roles at Asda, where I gained a deep understanding of how large retailers operate, from commercial decision making to the impact thoughtful design can have on customer behaviour and sales. That insight shapes everything I do today, blending strategy, creativity, and craft to help brands make an impact where it matters most.
